KDFN is pleased to announce that we are able to offer Moderna vaccine appointments for KDFN citizens 18 and older at the Natsékhi Kų̀ Health Centre.
Spots will be offered by appointment only on:
  • March 9 from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and
  • March 10 from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
We may be able to open other dates/times in the same week on March 11 and 12, if we have enough doses.
Who can get vaccinated at KDFN?
You must be:
  • A KDFN Citizen
  • 18+
  • Have had no other vaccines in the past 14 days
  • On your first dose. (If you require a second dose you can book at the main Whitehorse clinic downtown.)
You must book an appointment to get vaccinated. We will not take drop-ins.

When booking your appointment, we need:
  • Your name
  • Mailing address
  • Health card number
  • Phone number
There is a possibility a booked appointment may be shifted to another day to make sure we are not wasting any doses of vaccine.
Citizens are still able to book appointments at the main Whitehorse clinic when your age slot opens at yukon.ca/this-is-our-shot or by phone 1-877-374-0425.
